On self care, kindness, self acceptance, and mental health. This is an important zine to me as well, I am trying to dig deeper emotionally and really be present in the moment when I create. 

This zine is the result of a lot of inner work, practice, and learning from my mistakes. I didn’t grow or learn like this overnight, and that is something important to take into consideration.
